These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bdb9. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below.
1. Introduction

3. Eligibility
To register and use a bdb9 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 — Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your bdb9 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 — Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdb9 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdb9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bdb9 support immediately.
4.3 — KYC Verification
bdb9 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. bdb9 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during your use of the platform, not only at withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bdb9 may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure.
4.4 — Account Closure
You may close your bdb9 account at any time by contacting support. bdb9 reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bdb9 determines that (a) you have breached these Terms, (b) your account has been used for fraudulent or unlawful activity, (c) you have provided false information during registration or KYC, or (d) continued operation of your account poses a risk to bdb9 or other players. In the event of account closure due to a breach, bdb9 may withhold account balances pending investigation.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
bdb9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment transactions are processed using SSL encryption. bdb9 does not charge fees for deposits made via Bangladesh local mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
5.1 — Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on bdb9 is ৳100 for all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bdb9, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bdb9 account balance immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider.
5.2 — Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified bdb9 accounts are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) typically complete within minutes of processing. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) are subject to your issuing bank's processing times, typically 1-3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bdb9 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
5.3 — Withdrawal Method Matching
bdb9 requires withdrawals to be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. If your original deposit method is not available for withdrawal, bdb9 support will provide an alternative solution after identity verification is complete.
5.4 — Dormant Accounts
A bdb9 account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. bdb9 will notify the account holder via their registered mobile number before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee will not reduce a positive balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
bdb9 offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of each offer. General bonus rules are set out below.
6.1 — Wagering Requirements

Using multiple accounts, aliases, mobile numbers, or payment methods to claim the same offer more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances including winnings derived from the abusive activity.
6.3 — Bonus Modification and Withdrawal
bdb9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in the process of having its wagering requirement met will not be affected by such modification. bdb9 also reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of technical malfunction, exploitation of an error, or use of any automated software in connection with the promotion.
7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdb9 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. bdb9 will take appropriate action, which may include immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the bdb9 platform, including automated betting, automated game play, or automated account registration.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers.
- Using the bdb9 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
- Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or aliases, for the purpose of claiming promotional bonuses more than once or circumventing account restrictions imposed by bdb9.
- Exploiting any software error, technical glitch, or misconfigured odds or game parameters that result in outcomes materially different from the intended game mechanics. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

bdb9 employs fraud detection technology that monitors account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. During any suspension, withdrawal requests will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. bdb9 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdb9 excludes all liability for the following:

12. Amendments to These Terms
